Description:
The main material of this wall lamp is copper or iron. The lamp body presents a metallic
luster and the overall shape is simple. The round back plate is connected to the lamp
head through a metal rod. The lamp head can be adjusted at an angle to facilitate the
adjustment of the lighting direction. The copper material will give it a luxurious texture

2. Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
(1) Order processing time:
Approximately 3-5 business days. This is the time between the time the customer places the order and the time we process the order to the delivery service. Usually, the order is shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is confirmed/paid. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed. Our warehouse operates only during standard business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
(2) Shipping Time:
Approximately 7-14 business days. The daily order cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (PST). After the cut-off time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Typically, delivery time is only 10-19 business days. Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as customs inspections, bad weather, strikes, etc. Our products are delivered via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
3. Tracking
We will send you an email notification after shipment.
If your order has just been shipped, please wait 3-5 business days for updated tracking information.
If your order is already in transit, but there is no update for a few days, it will usually be updated until the package reaches the next shipping station (which may take 3-7 business days). Please wait for the update.

4. Address Change:
We are unable to change the delivery address once the package starts on the way. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at info@migoolight.com or within 24 hours after placing the order.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded
Due to unexpected circumstances, such as customs inspection, bad weather, strikes, etc., the delivery time may be delayed. If your order is delayed, please contact us by emailing info@migoolight.com within 24 hours after placing the order. We will check the situation with the shipping company on time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
6. Cancellation of Orders
All orders placed on our website can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund your payment procedure in full.
However, for orders that are already in transit or have been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel these orders

In most cases, our packages go through customs without VAT to pay.
