1. Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must contact our customer service team to initiate a return before shipping any items back.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • On-sale (clearance) items or gift cards.
  • Items that have been damaged or lost due to customer misuse or mishandling.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Please email us at info@migoolight.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number along with clear photos and/or videos showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Step 2: Ship the Item Back

If your return request is approved, we will email you the exact Return Shipping Address and detailed instructions. You must use a shipping service that provides tracking information and a signature upon delivery. Migoolight is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a 100% full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If the item is already in transit, you will need to follow the standard return process after the package arrives.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within the following timelines:

  • Credit / Debit Card: Approximately 5-7 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
  • PayPal / Apple Pay: Approximately 1-3 business days.
