1. Shipping Zones & Costs
Migoolight partners with leading global couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide safe, fast, and reliable shipping services. We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and select other countries.
We do NOT ship to the following regions:
- All countries in Africa and South America.
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI).
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Total estimated delivery time is divided into two distinct phases:
- Order Processing Time (3-5 Business Days): This covers order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are generally processed and handed over to our shipping carriers from Monday through Friday. Processing may be delayed for orders placed during weekends or national holidays.
- Shipping Time (7-14 Business Days): Once the package leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days to reach its destination country. Combined with processing time, total delivery usually falls between 10-19 business days.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link will be sent automatically.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of your tracking details. While in transit, tracking updates may stall until the package reaches a major hub or regional sorting facility (which can take 3-7 business days). If you have lingering concerns about your parcel's status, please reach out to us.
4. Shipping Address Changes
We are strictly unable to modify or change the delivery address once the package has been handed over to the carrier or is already in transit. If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@migoolight.com.
5. Delays & Customs Issues
Delivery timeframes may be prolonged due to unexpected logistical impediments, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, customs clearance hold-ups, carrier strikes, or global health situations. If your package has significantly exceeded the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will immediately investigate the status with the corresponding courier service.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded prior to shipment. If your package has already been fulfilled, leaves our facility, or is actively in transit, the order cannot be canceled. In such events, you will need to accept the delivery and initiate a standard return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Customs Duties, Duties, & Taxes
While many smaller packages clear customs without incurring additional charges, some destination countries impose import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or handling fees.
Please note that all import duties, taxes, and related customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or the promotional free shipping. If customs authorities require formal documentation for clearance (especially on bulk or oversized lighting equipment orders), we will gladly assist you in providing the necessary paperwork.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order gets stuck in transit, returned to sender, or confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at info@migoolight.com. We will coordinate with you to arrange either a full refund or dispatch a brand-new replacement order at no extra charge.
